Refund Policy

At Trade Sutra Trading Academy (TSTA), we aim to maintain clear and transparent policies regarding course fees and refunds. By enrolling in any course, webinar, or educational program, users agree to the refund terms mentioned below. 

Non-Refundable Fees 

All fees paid for TSTA courses, webinars, workshops, or educational services are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Introductory Session Policy 

Refund requests will not be accepted once the introductory class has been completed or course access has been provided to the user. 

Exceptional Refund Cases 

In very rare and special situations, TSTA management may review and approve a refund request at its sole discretion. If approved, the refund amount may be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method. All refund-related discussions and approvals will be handled confidentially. 

Transfer Restrictions 

Course enrollments, access, or paid fees cannot be transferred to another user, batch, or program unless specifically approved by TSTA management.
